24 bit phase out control
The great success of CDP 0.5T follow to design a new update model version:
24 bit resolution dac (selected by Lector) and phase circuit output control for invert
or no-invert the relative phase at output !.
Around the ECC81/12AT7 tube output we have design a simple 6 db/oct. passive filter. Low taps digital filter design and ZERO
feedback control, we have design this CD player without any local or total feedback
control.
Great attention in the power supply section: five stages
regulation and big toroidal power transformer.
The Dac is a new concept chip: 24 bit - 96 Khz for better
linearity and lowest distorsion.
We have spent many time of intensive listening for tune-up the
CDP0.5T and we belive that the sonic results is great!
The italian magazine "Fedelta' del Suono" Vol. January 1997 voted as best cd-player of it's category.
